not true to size i think they counted the wheels and some empty air arriving itthe packing space it tiny.useless front packet unless you have nothing in the main compartment
good product, showed up as expected except for a zipper being damaged. now, the locks are useless as the zippers all combine to use the same lock. items will spill out and nothing is secure.
i took this on a local trip in the car and it scuffed immediately. i can only imagine what would happen to this luggage on a plane ride. i can't rate this as durable for this reason.
i bought this excited for the pockets, especially the cooler. unfortunately, nothing fits in the cooler as food would get squished. forget about carrying a laptop and using the cooler. the toiletry bag is too small for the second carryon. together the two pieces is all that is permitted as carry-on. additionally, i used it once and it already got scuffed. i have been trying to figure out how to return this item. i went into my order, selected the item but there is no indication how to return it.
i was excited to to receive this carry on luggage set for my trip (by car a few hours away) to visit relatives this weekend. sorely disappointed to get a previously used set.when it arrived. i paid for new, not used or refurbished. there is a long scratch on the front of the case. the outer shell has several scuff marks on it. none of the tags were on it and the manual is missing. there was no outer wrapping/protection on the outside of the carry on to protect it during shipping (i am only assuming that this would be there to avoid any shipping damages.). the plastic wrapping on the cosmetic case wasn't sealed (ok, no biggie) but looks as though a dog had chewed it up. also there's a few scuff marks on the cosmetic case. the clear plastic sticker with the tsa lock code appears to have been removed and replaced. all of this is a deal breaker for me so i will be returning it.now for some of the good things. the teal color is gorgeous. it's a vibrant blue teal, not green. i purchased a separate power bank since it's not included and it connects with no issues and a nice size storage pocket for it. my large15 s8 ultra tablet fits in front just fine but not my 17 laptop. i rarely travel with my laptop anymore and it would fit inside or i have a different case for it anyways. i only mention it for context. there's a spacious cold pocket for food . there's a few more pockets that is great for keeping cords and charging bricks organized. there are buckles so you can just tilt the front part open or undo the buckles to fully open. the spinner wheels work as expected and rolled and turned smoothly. the extension handle felt secure as it locked in place. the interior is nice and roomy and even expands for even more room. there is a few zippered compartments to keep your things neat and organized. the cosmetic case is is a great size and has a detachable carry handle. the set seems to be well made and of decent quality for the price. since i only got it an hour or so ago, i can't say anything about how it will hold up over time.overall, i really like this set. it suits my needs pretty well. and yes, i would recommend it at this point. i will be returning this one though and reordering. i will update this review later on to reflect what happens with the reorder/exchange.
when i received the piece of luggage, the material was torn off (turquoise) and the zipper broken inside. i was two days from my travel plans to europe. i'm disappointed as i had to pack and fly and couldn't leave it behind. i lost my luggage in hurricane ian and actually forgot. i read the reviews and they were good so i made the purchase. unfortunately, i was rushed to make a purchase. i'd like to return it or get a replacement. please let me know of my options.
outside is durable, lots of pockets and my kid loved it. unfortunately, the main zipper broke after only two travel uses. we did not get a lot of mileage out of this product at all.
we received two carry on suit cases with cosmetic cases the day before our trip to europe. we were told these were strictly carry on but when we got to the airport in seattle, we were told by american airlines we needed to check in the two suitcases because we had a backpack too. the first flight with american was from seattle to jfk in nyc-then they were transferred to british air to london heathrow. when we reclaimed the suitcases both handles were severely broken from handling.one suitcase was completely unusable and the other was nearly as bad but we could force the handle in enough to be able to limp by for the meantime.this was all of our luggage and now we had to get out and buy substitutes immediately.initially the suitcases appeared to be the solution to lightweight travel also with the additional storage for two battery banks as advertised. we are sorry for the negative review but the products are junk-
the front pocket takes away from having two inner compartments.it’s smaller than most carry-in’s.the extra bag looks like a lunch box.you’d think it would be worth it for the charger, but it’s not.
the product looks nice, but during the first use, the zipper broke and i cannot return because the return window was very small. i really wanted to like this suitcase and was excited to use it. the return window closed before i even returned from my trip. i did not overfill the suitcase, in fact, i did not even use the expander part. the zipper pull just came completely off the zipper. it is totally unusable now.
i have only used this luggage twice since purchasing, which was after the return window. i called amazon customer to get seller info. the product came from macy's. contacted macy's who referred my back to amazon. needless to say, i'm not pleased with the service in conjunction with this product.the wheels work work well, but quality of covers are shoddy. but as you can see, the covers are of poor quality. i fully expect them to be a major issue in the future.will not buy this brand again as it wasn't cheap - not terribly expensive, but i expected more value for my dollar.
our luggage came in a damaged box and it was missing the smaller suitcase! there was a sticker that said it was being reused and to thank us for ordering. i never ordered a “recycled” suitcase!!
i want to love this. the color is great and so is the size and the locking mechanism. that is why i gave it 3 stars. but the side under the laptop compartment can't hold anything. maybe underwear and socks, but that pocket is wasted. so that is unable for me.
