this case works fine, when it wants to. it takes ages for it to start working. just when i am about to give up and throw it away, it will decide to work. i would not buy again.
the product looks way thinner in the photos.it’s super heavy and uncomfortable to hold. i got over this in a few day, but once it ran out of battery, it wouldn’t charge anymore.it keeps blinking and not charging. had it plugged in for 3-4 hours still no response.
i purchased this case in march of 2023 and it stopped working in july of 2023. i gave it two stars because the design and feel of the case was nice. too bad it only lasted 4 months. i’m pretty disappointed to say the least.
disappointed that i can’t return or exchange since i did have decent luck with this until it just stopped connecting to my phone one day. followed instructions, cleaned the phone and case, still no luck. the case itself continues to charge and turn on. i guess go for it if you only need something for a few months.
sellers should stop lying about features they don’t have. tried on multiple cars for usb connection to carplay. doesn’t work. sending it back. will not buy from this seller ever again.
works great on my iphone 11. when i first bought it i thought it didn’t work, but you have to make sure that you put it on correctly. the top of the case is soft rubber that you bend backwards, and then you are supposed to slide you phone down into the case and down onto the charger prong, making sure it goes into your phone charging dock straight. once i got it on, 2-3 months ago it has stayed on and has charged well. i still get a full extra charge today. highly recommend this product.
it only worked once and when it did it was a lifesaver. it also never fully charged even when it's charged alone and not attached to the phone. keep on looking.
