i got this bag for my daughter's 11 in chromebook. the color and details are so cute! it also seems well made and nice and padded to keep her stuff safe. i am pleased with the laptop bag itself and so is she.however, i am giving 3 stars because it arrived without the accessory pouch even though i paid extra for the version with the pouch. when i tried to ask for the correct one to be sent, i was bounced between the seller and amazon both telling me it wasn't their responsibility to send me what i ordered. my only option was to return it for a full refund, which i don't want to do since we love the bag and it is needed for a trip next week.so, if you order this product, don't pay extra for the version with the accessory pouch.
i like how my computer fits in this bag with extra space and the interior is nice and soft, making it so i don’t need to worry about my computer being damaged while i’m on-the-go. i’m also a fan of the its design. my only complaint is that i ordered a grey bag and instead i got a light brown one.i truly believe that with the right color, this bag would be perfect for my needs.
i thought this was going to be off white or a stone white color. but its a dingy dirty yellow color.i was going to return it but i was off by a day to do so. i did buy it in a different design in black and love it! i do like this brand!
if you have like a small laptop/tablet/macbook, this would be great for that. for normal size laptops, this case is way too small. that's my fault for not looking at the measurements lol...
looks very cute but probably will not protect your laptop from anything more than a gentle bump. strap feels very flimsy too and looks like it can barely hold the weight of a macbook air. not very protective and feels cheaper than the price it's sold for. would only recommend if you plan on being very gentle or just want something that looks cute.
there's next to no padding in this bag.the pictures make it seem like a normal, thick, laptop padding case but it's not at all. you might as well wrap your laptop in a t-shirt the case is so thin. the outside and appearance of the bag is very nice however.
i am going to use it for my laptop but i am very disappointed it suppossed to come with an accessory but didn't. so i am very disappointed for this purchase.
i bought this item because it was the case and accessory bag. never received the accessory bag. it should have come with it and it didn't which is the reason for 2 stars.the case itself is really nice. i love the color and the feel of the fabric. just wish the accessory case came too so that i could travel with everything together.
i received this in the mail after ordering for my brand new macbook pro and i was not impressed with the quality. it's very flimsy and the handle wasn't sturdy enough. i wouldn't have been able to carry it by the handle with my computer inside. definitely do not recommend.
the bag is good, but the small bag didn't come with it!i would like to know why, can you send it to me separately! was missing. and i saw in the comments that they all had a small bag
this will not protect your laptop, the material feels very thin and cheap. i thought the padding would be a bit thicker and offer at least some protection but i was wrong.
