the carry case itself seems nice enough. and i liked the quality. however, i was sent what i believe must be the next size up, both on my initial order, and the exchange.this bag has 2 inches of extra room around my laptop. this leaves my laptop unsecured in the bag.and, is too big to fit in my allotted space for travel.multiple units of the wrong size is a pattern. lack of ability to notify the seller of what my problem was is also a concern.
slim is an understatement. while exterior zippered pockets exist that will accommodate a mouse or thumb drives there is not much else will fit. an 11.6 notebook is barely able to be secured inside and once secured forget about having any storage space for the power cord with the typical large laptop/notebook transformers and the long cords.
it did last for about 2.5 years, but the handle broke on me the other day. i wish it had a shoulder strap.i like the separate compartments and it protected my laptop well though. if the handle hadn't broken this is a 4 star product.
this sleeve was great at first, however, after 5 months the zipper broke. i messaged the company through amazon and heard nothing back. will not purchase from this company again.
super cute, quick shipping, roomy! i wanted to love this, but the handle broke off after a few weeks of moderate use. still using it for protection, but very inconvenient without the handle/strap.
i love everything about this except the zipper. it literally doesn't zip. the head will move along the tracks without a care about the open zipper behind it.since the handle is perpendicular to the opening, it'd be super easy for your laptop to fall out.one star for the awesome fabric, and another for the so so sized side pockets, which are nice for a charger+pen+yubikey+cable+whatever else.
i purchased the 15-16 for my 15.6 asus laptop. this carrying case is 14 inches, way too small for even at 15 inch laptop.the correct and standard way to measure your laptop is inner corner of the screen, diagonally. i don't know what standard they are using but this wouldn't even fit into the case.
i bought this laptop case for my husband for work and traveling because it was advertised as having a waterproof exterior. we traveled with it and our water bottle spilled a very little bit in our backpack, and not only did the carrying case get wet on the inside, but the laptop itself got wet. i had to dry the carrying case with a blowdryer after it did not air dry over night.very disappointed with the product, very little water actually spilled from the water bottle and even a poorly water resistant carrying case should have protected the laptop.
this bag says it can fit a 13.6 screen - my laptop is 13.4 inches and cannot fit at all.the fabric has no stretch whatsoever. the bag itself is decent quality - the pockets are nice and the stitching seems fine - but again, the product is not the right size. when i tried to get in touch with the company's customer support it said unavailable.this was an unfortunate waste of money, a shame because i liked the bag design overall.
the two zippered pockets are not deep enough to carry bulky chargers, cords, a thick mouse, etc. perhaps one zipped pocket, using the whole case length, would have been sufficient. too late to return.
i purchased the item voova 11 11.6 12 inch laptop sleeve case, waterproof tablet cover bag compatible with macbook air 11 12, surface pro 7+/7/6/5/4, surface laptop go 2, hp samsung acer asus chromebook with handle, black at amazon (see order attached) on 10/27/2022 and the zipper just broke. how can i get a warranty to cover it since amazon says that there is a warranty?
this case is not waterproof or water resistant!in fact, the outside layer absorbs and the inside velvet holds the liquid close. this is a horrible item. i did love the appearance.this laptop sleeve destroyed my computer!
i liked the design and the protection this sleeve offered but the zipper has stopped working-i just purchased (less then 6 months ago)!!!it’s useless without the security of zipping up my laptop?!??!!!
