i’m very disappointed with this bag, the zipper felt very cheap and the strap was very thin thus making it uncomfortable. i don’t recommend this bag at all.
i didn't pay attention when i bought this bag, that it has only the one (one way) zipper on both the main area and the front pocket area. the one way zipper doesn't easily go around the corners and is frustrating to use. i will return it to get one with two zippers that can meet in the middle.
it has an additional accessories pouch but good like getting things in there. for example just getting the laptop charger in there is a nightmare and it almost don't close.a mouse is also a big challenge to fit. should've return tbh.
the rings for the crossbody strap were non durable plastic and would not have held the weight of a laptop over time. the quality was not durable and i returned it.
