the rings for the crossbody strap were non durable plastic and would not have held the weight of a laptop over time. the quality was not durable and i returned it.
i checked the size of the bag and my laptop before purchasing and ordered accordingly. however, when it came, my laptop did not fit in it and i had to return it. it was not true to size. i was so disappointed as the bag was gorgeous!
cute but the material is almost feels like felt but not bad quality. don’t think it will last long and it’s definitely not very protective but cute and works for now
item is soft on the inside. i feel it lacks structure and wish it had some better padding on the bottom+corners. no shoulder strap, color is as pictured. zippers work fine and storage pouch has decent sized pockets for mouse, charger and pen.
