i should have known the strap was destined to break as it came with a couple stitches missing. as it turns out, the strap didn't last for more than 3 months.poor quality control
used for only 3 months. the case was always put into a larger bookbag, not used on its own. a full thickness hole wore through the corner of the case, resulting in a dent in the corner of the laptop screen. the other corner is developing a similar hole.
it appears to provide adequate, if not great protection. but my main dislike is the size. it's a one size sleeve meant for to work for different laptops/tablets. this one is advertised for the m2 macbook air 15, but it is considerably bigger.the laptop moves around in the sleeve, which doesn't feel good. i'd instead recommend tomtoc sleeves. they are sized exactly for your specific macbook model. also, they provide much better protection.the tomtocs are slightly more expensive, but well worth it to protect a device costing one to four thousand dollars.
my computer (macbook pro 14”) is *the* compatible device for this sleeve, but there’s about an inch of wiggle room at the top. the macbook does technically fit, but the case is too large. very disappointing.
typical ‘made in china’ stuff. fabric is so thin you can almost put your finger thru it and the zippers are cheesy plastic that won’t last very long. don’t waste your $$
i received this laptop sleeve as a gift for the holidays last year and now it's september and it's starting to rip at the handle. i'll admit i'm rough on my bags but i feel like it could've lasted a year before starting to fray. other than the rip the zippers are good and the color is nice. it's not bulky and i liked it before the fraying and ripping.
very disappointed- this gets light use protecting my laptop at home and sometimes bringing it to work. after approximately 6 weeks of use the handle is coming unstitched
