this is great case, but it still has this really off-putting, weird plastic smell even after i’ve had it since january! i’m writing this review as i’ve just decided to finally get a new case because i can’t stand the smell anymore🥲 i’ve tried cleaning it/wiping it but nothing has worked. do not recommend.
the first 1 that i received had pulled threads around the top zipper. that means, in my experience that the zipper will soon come loose. amazon quickly replaced this bag. the replacement had a 1 inch tear in the fabric and the handle was so tightly attached to the sleeve that i could not grip the handle.i have returned the replacement also and ordered a different bag from a brand name that i have had success with in the past.
i brought this specifically for airport traveling. thought this case would be easier for me to get my laptop in out and back in when going through tsa checkpoints. my dell 15.6 laptop barely fit inside of it. i had to shove it in. taking it out was even harder. went to walmart to purchase a different the night before my flight. cute but not functionable for my needs.
this case was alright. i returned it due to its bulkiness. it would not fit well into a book bag but, if it’s being used alone it will get the job done. another reason for returning was the lack of professionalism. it looks great in the picture but in person it shows that it was built for kids. pockets are spacious but due to the size and look i wouldn’t recommend for a college student or profesional. very roomy and i had the one meant for a 13 inch macbook air.
the product itself looks great. however, the zipper is horrible. it opens up as soon as you zip it up. so i’ve had to zip, unzip, zip again several times for it to stick. the pockets are like that too. so the zippers are all faulty. disappointed. only used once. am debating if i should just send it back.
