the diffuser is cute, compact, easily moved around and does a great job in what it’s supposed to. the only issue i’d say is that i ordered the one that is supposed to have a yellow/golden light and this diffuser doesn’t have it - not sure if it was falsely advertised or if the wrong product just got sent. otherwise it’s great for its price.
i had mine for 2 days before the faux-wood laminate came unglued around the entire base. we're not talking subtle, either. it has since flaked off in about 20 broken pieces. the poor quality here would even make temu blush.if you're not concerned about appearance, have at it. if you expect it to look like the photo, keep looking.
i was so confused about why i wasn't getting a strong flow of mist from the opening in the diffuser. i finally realized that the dome does not fit snuggly over the reservoir--there's a small space between the dome and the reservoir, so some of the mist seeps out there, leaving a weak mist coming from the intended outlet. i put something heavy on top of the dome which eliminated the space between the dome and reservoir and solved the problem, but now it looks bad. :-(
bought this item in march of 2024, just this past week (beginning of august) it broke on me. before it completely stopped working i noticed that it wasn’t putting out much mist even when it was set on high. it was a great product initially prior to breaking. bought another brand recently which seems to work better. the material fell apart on this one, it wouldn’t close all the way and it was hard to lift the top up like it was getting stuck. i do not recommend!
the plug is underneath the unit- difficult to plug in without messy spills- i opened box after we returned from vacation and have used for one week- today could not get must to function- lights work but no mist!! would not recommend this item for home use. absolutely disappointed in the structure and workability!! request a refund!! and send return label to return product!
first and foremost, this thing is noisey. i've had quite a few other diffusers over the years and this one is by far the louds. the fan is extremely loud. i will be returning it for this reason. but adding to that, the bluetooth version is not bluetooth. it requires access to a wifi network which frankly is rather sketchy but also annoying to have to be on wifi to control it. lastly, there is no red led option. even if you could sleep through the noise this thing makes, if you're planing on using the red light it will be orange or pink.
not very good design. the spout is off to one side, and color of lights is very limited. no ambient candle flicker setting. the low and high mist setting has no difference. both settings seems to give off the same amount of mist. it doesnt even come with free oils.
like most chinese made products on amazon be careful to read the reviews which give a critical opinion. less than one year, the faux wood laminate trim on the underside of this diffuser has begun to de laminate and peel away in a way that ruins its look. it is now good for nothing, but to be thrown in the trash. i do not recommend this product. buyers beware as most people post reviews upon initial use which for this product was very good and functional but as you can see from the pictures it now looks like a cheap piece of junk.
i have found that “bigger” isn’t better! the water goes bad because the diffuser doesn’t run until all the water is gone! in the end i have to dump the water/ hence and the oil still remaining out. water does go bad snd can omit bacteria into the air, so be sure to not fill it as much. i can tell in the smell of the water when i restart it the next day after it shuts off. i am sure they have it designed to not run for extensive periods of time to protect it from over heating.go smaller !
i got this to put in a central room in my house and it functions alright. the build quality really feels cheap (very light plastic) but it's what i expected for the price. the water measuring cup arrived cracked and unusable (i think that happened in transit because the box looked like it got kicked by an elephant.) the diffuser still does the job though - it's not loud, large capacity water tank, multiple ways to customize how you want it to function. it just feels pretty cheap.
stlye, color and features are all great. at first i had no issues. then about a week into using it, the water and moisture gets every where. it will damage wood, paint even floors if yoy don't watch it very close and keep drying it up.
