the suitcase zipper broke on the 3rd use. save your money and buy something else. the plastic completely ripped open causing the suitcase to open and zipper to come off the track.
i bought this suitcase in june 2023 and have used it twice since january 2024. the zipper broke yesterday and luckily there is 2 zippers so i used the other one but i'm shocked how cheap the quality is. i've had suitcases that have lasted for decades and have been extremely durable. don't recommend this purchase for the price.
this was a very flimsy bag and it’s now completely broken after 2 trips. first the zipper broke now the side paneling plastic is completely disintegrated. do not recommend especially if your planning on using the front laptop pocket. it is not structurally sound.
suitcase is okay. you can tell it’s cheap. the handle had issues from day 1 and i was lazy to return it and now i’m stuck with being jammed and can’t fit into the airplane. totally worthless purchase
this is about the larger suitcase: one side has a zipper flap to hold everything in. the other side only has a flimsy belt and after filling that side, when you open your luggage, everything on that side will fall out. i ended up putting my things on that side in a clear zippered bag so if it got opened by tsa my stuff wouldn’t fall out and get lost. the luggage is nice, it wheels easily and is light weight but sturdy. i would have given 5 stars if the larger luggage piece had a zipper enclosure on both sides of the interior.the small carry on 20” is nice. it won’t hold a lot but is light weight and i like the door thing that opens to hold a tablet or lap top and few other things.all of the tsa locks work great.the color is very nice.
i ordered these for a cruise and when i got the first set the carry on was locked already. i returned that one and they sent a quick replacement. the bag looks and feels durable. if you get a light color (mine was pink) it will be scuffy the first time you use it. in my case, the zipper to expand the large bag broke so it’s now unusable.
the main handle broke off of this bag entirely the first time i went to use it. the bag became unusable and is not repairable.it was filled with only a few items for a week long domestic trip. unfortunately, i bought it in advance of my trip so i missed the return window. it broke the first time i used it, just as i was rolling it to the car to leave for the airport. this meant i had to stop and quickly repack all my travel clothing into another old carrier in a rush to not miss my flight. i’m lucky that it broke before i left the house while leaving and not in the middle of the airport.cheap product, not reliable or even remotely worth the price. broken handle has made it completely useless.
honestly, the color was perfect and the concept was cute. the only downfall of this luggage was simply the fact that it carries a significantly less amount than your typical carry on suitcase. the problem is the second compartment, while it sounds nifty to be able to put your laptop and other important paperwork there, the issue ends up that you dont have enough space for the main compartment. the main compartment already loses about 2 inches of space because the space for the handle is built into main compartment. the zipper handles were also kind of annoying as well because you had to move them a certain way to get them to zip smoothly. overall if you're the type of person who only needs to pack for 2-3 days, then yes this is the product for you otherwise if you plan to pack for about 4-7 days, or pack shoes, get a different carry on. this carry on also does very poorly with checked-baggage. i got back mine all scratched up and blackened.
i enjoy the hand luggage but the larger box's plastic join in the back got torn less than a year, at its third outing. be careful how you use it - though you have no control over how the bagging crew at the airports will rough handle the box.
i'm floored that this was over $100. the suitcase feels cheap and like it could easily break if not handled carefully. a few years ago, i wouldn't pay over $25 for this piece of garbage. i guess that's the price of inflation. the good? it is light weight and at the moment it maneuvers just fine... but i don't expect these wheels to last given the low build quality.
i ordered two sets of luggage, or a total of four (4) pieces of luggage. i had a problem with the one luggage security lock. i email customer service and they sent me a video to watch. after words i still could not get the new combination to work. they simply chose not to do anything, my problem right. i decided to pay the $10.00 for a new lock instead of sending the luggage set back. they gave me the go around instead of just replacing the lock which says a lot about their customer service the luggage in general is at best minimum thickness, which means its not going to stand up over time. i wish i would have paid $25.00 more and got a samsonite set which is made up with completely different material. and from what i hear behind the scenes is samsonite know what customer service is all about, after the product is sold. i would not recommend this product to anyone
zipper broke within two months and their customer service did nothing for me. i cannot stress this enough, this suitcase is cheap and will break! i recommend getting something that will last longer - i’m out 200 dollars and now i have to buy another new suitcase!
i wish i could like the suitcase - love the color and the laptop pocket. however, there are couples things wrong/missing:1. no zipper to expand the suitcase. all of the suitcases i've ever owned had one so it's weird not to have it here2. no handle on the side of the suitcase to help with putting heavy suitcase in the compartment above the seat. when i was buying it the pictures clearly showed a handle3. the pocket that separates the two sides is made of cheap fabric and the seam broke on the first day (not even super over packed suitcase4. zippers are sticky and in a few uses i can see them break
so far i am a bit satisfied with the suitcase the pink color is my favorite. but it came with a stain i was shock! i tried to clean it up but it’s not coming out i don’t know if they gave me a suitcase that was returned by a customer. the extendable handle feels cheap and when u try to extend it, it gets hard but i will see how it goes one’s i travel if not i might return it. i recently purchased this carry on suitcase for my daughter who is attending college out of state to use traveling back and forth from college to home. the above pictures are from the very first trip that it was used. she was made to check her bag at the gate (which is very common) because of a crowded flight. when she picked it up in baggage claim this is how she found it. needless to say the durability of this carryon is a zero! for $120 i would expect it to at least last several trips. i would not recommend this luggage at all!
i am so disappointed in the durability of this! i was so happy with the color when it arrived, and after one domestic trip there are so many black scuff marks. i can’t get them off even with a magic eraser. i love the suitcase but the color is awful and i wish i got something darker now. too bad the seller won’t exchange!
