when i received the piece of luggage, the material was torn off (turquoise) and the zipper broken inside. i was two days from my travel plans to europe. i'm disappointed as i had to pack and fly and couldn't leave it behind. i lost my luggage in hurricane ian and actually forgot. i read the reviews and they were good so i made the purchase. unfortunately, i was rushed to make a purchase. i'd like to return it or get a replacement. please let me know of my options.
the front pocket takes away from having two inner compartments. it’s smaller than most carry-in’s. the extra bag looks like a lunch box. you’d think it would be worth it for the charger, but it’s not.
the color really makes this set stand out. it got broken in right away as the first trip i ended up having to check it through. didn't know what i'd find at the destination! there were a couple black scrapes on it but otherwise not damaged. weathered the rough treatment this time. but i won't do that again! i don't know if it could take it twice. the elastics inside which hold your clothes in place are sturdy enough but the buckle broke within minutes. i had packed light so there was very little stress on the buckle. now i have to use a small bungee cord to lash the two elastics together. also, where they are sewn into the sides of the suitcase may break soon. poorly done. very disappointed in that. on the cosmetic case - i love that! it holds everything! the buckles on this one held up this time. but they're cheap and thin so i don't expect them to last long. with this cosmetic case i was able to put everything in with room leftover. i moved my credit cards and id cards to a small holder and got a clutch purse big enough to hold my iphone max. i put the clutch purse inside the case so i wouldn't have to carry the case all over my destination. worked very well. so i only had these two small things on my delta flight. everything fit marvelously! very easy to put the suitcase in the overhead bin. fit easily. small case went under the seat with room leftover. oh! before i forget, the suitcase has a place for your laptop. the laptop would be well protected here but i don't know considering how rough luggage is treated how it would fare if you checked your luggage. but if you didn't it's worth using.
i really like the color of this set. that’s why i was willing to pay more and wait longer to receive it than some other colors. unfortunately, the suitcase arrived with scuffs and the little personal bag is the worst. not only is it scuffed up, but the finish on the exterior is bubbled up making it look quite ugly. trying to figure out how to contact the manufacturer.
i have been all over the internet looking for a way to contact this company, travelarim. it seems they are a very popular company at selling quality luggage. it's not the quality that i am upset about. it's the color, i picked pink, it looked like a baby pink. the suitcase arrived rose gold. i am not really a fan of rose gold. i guess i am returning it since i can't get a hold of customer care to see about a possible exchange.
i loved this luggage the first 3 months as it was light, rolled easily and held a lot! six months after purchase the handle won’t go down easily anymore and the plastic cracked. i am a frequent traveler and am sadly still searching for a durable bag!
flap to cover interior of cosmetics case was not constructed properly poorly glued and staple sticking up that cut my hand. trip coming up so wanted to send another cosmetic case but have to send all back in original packaging. time consuming!
so far, i’m pleased with the quality of the set. it rolls smoothly, appears to be exactly what i meet for 3 nights, and the handle is tall enough for me. i’m disappointed because i received the wrong color and i’m not sure if i have enough time to get the right color.
