this is not a greyish colour but rather blueish-purple.now i must get another one and return this!functionality:my macbook pro m3 fit well in it using the sleeve and i still have a bit of room for a thin profile ipad.a bit on the heavier side but you can choose whether you want good protection or to be light.
i purchased the purple marble option. the pictures show the gold parts being shiny and bright, like gold leaf. what i received was nothing like that. it was more of an off-beige at best.
okay now i'm baffled...the first one i purchased, the olive color... very good quality construction and materials, fits my macbook pro 13 with a snap shell case on it like a glove.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️as for the black one i just received, purchased because i was so happy with the other one?well not everything that can be said about the first one. the fact that it's not as rigid and well formed and the overall material nap is looser... it's not terrible it's just not nice at all. ⭐️i hate inconsistency.
this is advertised as a hard case but it uses eva plastic, which is a kind of plastic that has the defining characteristic of being flexible. baffling.it's very easy to hold this case in one hand and squeeze the side panels together. meaning that this case offers essentially no crush protection for your device. if you put your device in some luggage and something heavy ends up resting on top of it, good luck.another annoyance is that the case is supposed to fit 0.8 inches internally, and my macbook is only 0.6 inches thick, so it should be able to slide around freely inside the case, but it doesn't. so the case is always applying a small amount of pressure to the laptop. it's probably not a big deal, but it seems ironic that i bought the case to protect the laptop from pressure against it, and the case itself is applying pressure.i'd like to return this case but all the alternatives look pretty similar, so this might be the best i can do.
the case was made of very poor materials and the outer shell was easily scratched. it looked like it was made from paper rather than fabric so i had to return it.
this case for 13 inch is the way bigger than my 13.3 inch slim laptop. too much room left inside the case with my laptop. it looks cheap, but is durable.
