the item doesn't look like the posting at all. the color is way off and doesn't look as sturdy as its photos. in the photos, it was a dark purple. in person, it's bright violet like barney or grimace. the zipper seam is also not flat and the pocket outside seemed to have ripped in the corner.
the pink color of the case was a lot lighter than i expected it to be and the quality isn’t exceptional by any means.. if this was a case i was going to use for my personal computer (macbook) i would have returned it right away. it’s not a horrible case, but there is definitely a lot better options out there than this one!
this laptop sleeve is of decent quality and is constructed of what i would consider a light to midwieght cordura type of fabric and offers a fair amount of padding for protection. what i really liked about this laptop sleeve was its somewhat unique front pocket construction, which was constructed in such a way as to allow the front pocket to lie flat and almost hidden when unused but expand considerably to accomadate a laptop charger and maybe a few other necessities in a loose fashion which does not need to be jammed in so tight that one fears it might somehow damage the computer as some sleeves do, this one has some space. unfortunately what i found disappointing was that it was a struggle for the sleeve to fit hp zbook 15 g4 and subsequently resulted in considerable difficultly when attempting to get the zippers to close completely and ultimately leaving the sleeve to look stretched and undersized in appearance. but what was more concerning was the tight fit actually caused the zipper teeth to come in contact with the device it the corners which made possible damage to the computers finish likely if one were to unzip the sleeve with anything but the utmost care. this may not be as much of a concern with a smaller thinner laptop, but it wasa struggle for it to accomadate a thicker workstation type device.
