i purchased the power bank 10/22 and the 100w cable recently. i planned on using the combination to provide power on the go to my surface laptop 5. the first time i tried it out it worked. the second time, just two days before my next business trip, the combo quit working. according to the manufacturer warranty, it’s to be for three years, but i have heard nothing from them. buyer beware and make a better decision than i did.

i was expecting this to be the new anker based on reviews and some online magazines praising one of these chargers. i had one of anker’s 25000mah units that is still working today but have it to a family member. anyway, i got this for traveling in europe. charged it to 100% as soon as it came in. i started traveling just a couple of days later. when in rome (literally) i tried charging my iphone 13 pro plus.i was losing battery instead of charging. tried different cables, ports, doing the reset, nothing. the video i made shows something’s malfunctioning with the unit because the power is draining but the iphone usb-c to lightning cable is not plugged into anything.it may be that i just got a bad unit and i hope that’s the case, but it’s a paperweight now that i can’t return it after getting back from abroad. as for customer service, i hope they reach out through here, because going through their site is not great.

i purchased this power pack over a year ago, i rarely used it (mainly intended for emergency backup). now it won't charge (the display keeps flashing for hours. it won't even turn on). i went through their support site , with their advice to reset the unit, no fix. i try to get it taken care with their 3 years warranty, they tell me to go back to amazon. it is a joke (fraud) like many customers experienced.if you buy this unit, intend for emergency use, you will be a sorry soul.pathetic product with dishonest business practice.

i have a rog ally and this creates a problem for me. by-pass charging should allows me to use the b63 as a charger while the b63 is being charged. the output is still giving me 30w as advertised but since the input is dropped from 45w to 22w, i will lose 8w. this is repeatable. my friend has the 100w version and the input stays at 45w. i wished i gotten the 100w as i am not getting help from iniu. it's been days.

i simply love this power bank and i received it as a gift for christmas 2022. it died the first week of dec 2023 but since it has a 3 year warranty, i contacted the company.so far, their email correspondence has been great but i feel like they are giving me the run around. first, they said they couldn’t ship it to my address (i live in hi and that’s where it was shipped last year). then, they said it would arrive jan 8th. now, they just told me it didn’t ship yet and it’ll be feb sometime.so, it’s a great device when it works! but, i feel like their warranty is a joke. i’ll update this review if it ever arrives.

snagged the fnirsi fnb58 as soon as i saw it due to the constant headache of getting screwed over by false claims from overseas products! my power bank too a turn for the worse and needed at least a 65watt replacement! didn't really want this one but it had a random 35% off coupon, plus i had 20$ promo points so it didn't cost much had it been a pile of junk. so i took a chancei take back the few good things i said about the ports at least testing true and the wattage output stated is spot on. the positive ends there!1st unit was supposed to be 25,000mah or 92.5 watt hours, tested around 17,000mah max. and i'm almost positive i forgot to reset it after testing an 40t samsung lipo cell so that could be generous!however,the company reached out, trying to right the wrong, basically saying the 1st test was a sole bad apple and wanted to send me 2 more (1x 10,000mah and 1x 25,000mah) free of charge, to test! i told them if those 2 test at or above theie stated capacity, ill gladly chuck it up to a bad apple in the line and edit my review accordingly.well im not even at the half way point of the test, and can already tell you, its no where near the stated capacity! not the 10k mah not the 25k mah, neither of the 3 battery packs i tested came even solely close to the stated capacity.. i already put in the refund, and going to stop the test after recording the video above because if a company is purposely this deceitful knowing im going to test them, i can only imagine the shortcuts they've taken inside as far as safety protections/precautions go and id rather not loose my house in a lipo fire over a 40$ chinalemon battery pack!the one will be returned to amazon so i can get my $ back, and the other 2 will see the end of a 45-70 govt, next time i feel like going out back and sending it into the dirt where it belongs!steer clear guys, i promise you, you're not getting anything remotely close to what you think you're getting and what you're paying for! go with anker or a known brand. you'd think i'd learn to stay away when i see those big ol 30%+ discount coupons lol their clearly there for a reason!

bought this because it has good capacity and high power delivery, long warranty, and also had good reviews. the cable that came with it was defective, but that was not a big deal, although not great. unfortunately, after only a few (3 or 4?) charges it stopped working properly, got progressively worse (odd display readings), and now won't accept any charge or deliver any power at all. i tried all the usual reset techniques but nothing, it's completely bricked, no power in, no power out. i can only guess as to what happened, as it does not look like i can open it easily to check the insides. on the positive side, i contacted the company and they immediately issued a full refund without any hassle, so that's good. still a pain to have to deal with, though. so, giving it a 1 star for the unit and 5 star for customer service = 3 stars overall.

this is not a key to chare my laptop through the usb-c. i am using a high quality c to c cable that is rated for 100 watts so it should work.my amazon return widow expired underva week ago. it's now a glorified paperweight unless they offer to take it back. not as advertised. don't buy it for the 65 watt usb-c as it is not 65 watt at all. they should offer me a full refund immediately.

purchased on 01-17-2024 for a net of $29.99. ***$59.98 - $20.99 (35% discount coupon) - $9.00 (promotion discount) = $29.99***i own and use some of iniu's other products: 10,000 mah and 20,000 mah power banks, 45w ac charger, dc car charger, and usb-c to usb-c 100w cables.i had been pleased with the performance of their products...until i got this.my immediate reaction after removing this 25,000 mah power bank was that it's much heavier and bulkier than the 20,000 mah bank.- weight: 17.21 oz vs 12.23 oz- thickness: 1 1/4 vs 1- length: 5 5/8” vs 5 1/8”- width: 3 vs 2 3/4”next, i notice that the led battery level indicator is so much dimmer than the other banks. more on this later...i go on to charge the bank. no issue.i test how many times it charges my phone compared to the 20,000 mah bank. with phone battery at 3%, i connect it to the 25,000 mah bank.over the course of 3 days, i've charged my phone 3 times. the battery indicator on the bank shows 11% remaining. at this point, it's not doing that much better than the 20,000 mah bank.so, i start the fourth charge. this is when it gets really squirrelly!after a few minutes, i notice that there was a precipitous drop to the bank battery. it went from 11% to 7% without a commensurate rise of the phone battery.then, after another few minutes, i look at my phone and noticed that its battery level decreased. you guessed it. the power bank was now reverse-charging! the bank was sucking juice from the phone.yep, it was a whiskey tango foxtrot moment.when i connected this to the charger to recharge, the lcd indicator went double-vision for a few seconds before it settled on 35% as the battery level. whiskey tango foxtrot ii.how could the starting point be 35% when it was less than 10% last night?obviously, it's defective. being returned.back to the dim indicator light... before i did the charging test and discovered that the bank is defective, i sent an email to iniu inquiring about the light and its level of brightness. i received an immediate automated response indicating that i will be contacted within 24 hours to address my query. well, it's been 3 days, and all i've received was some pro-forma response asking for a copy of the receipt. nothing that directly addresses my question. whiskey tango foxtrot iii.***01-28-2024 update***to make certain i wasn't wrong, i repeated the above test. in a nutshell, same result.with the power bank at 100%, i charged my phone under the same condition as my first round---start with phone battery at 3%. this time, after 3 phone charges, the bank showed 19% remaining (first round showed 11%).i start the fourth charge. since the bank is at 19%, the phone *should* charge to @ 75% +/-. well, after a bit, the precipitous dip repeated, followed by the reverse-charge.on both tests, the reverse-charge occurred at around the 7% mark on the power bank.btw, still haven't heard from iniu.

this charger was amazing. we bought one for a trip to disney. loved it so much, bought a second because we had such a large party with us at disney. we do not use them that often other than to travel or when we think we'll need them, so it was really upsetting when i pulled it out after maybe being used a handful of times, and it would stop charging my phone almost immediately. it is almost like the connection at the charger isn't holding the cord. i'll plug it in, and it will start to charge, but then stop minutes later. if i adjust the cord at the charger, it starts again, but then stops.i did try to reach out to the company but it seems the info amazon has for them leads to shady sites. this product is too pricey to not have a viable contact and for it to stop working so soon after so little use.

this thing has never worked - bought it and tried multiperl times - says 100% charge but never worked. no way to reach manufaturer. i would like a reefund.

i liked it so much. good size, very powerful, compact and good design, but today, this power bank stopped working. actually, it won't turn off anymore. i have tried the reset and everything i could find online but nothing worked.impossible to reach seller as the webpage doesn't exist anymore! not a great customer service.
