i bought the four pack and like how they look and feel. but, one pair (brown) after 1 month, the right side ear piece came off at the lense. put on another pair and the screw one the left side (black) came loose and after two days of wear. when i put it in, i was aware that it was not tightening. it was totally stripped out. i am on my third pair in less than 3 months. i'm hoping i can have these two pair replaced. tried to email the manufacture per the directions on the card and the email doesn't work. it is also past the return date, of course.
i'd bought from this company once before. their readers are weird looking but functional and so i just quickly reordered again. the package was not received even tho tracking said it was delivered. i received a canned generic response that reflected seller didn't even bother reading the details of my message. so not only are they located outside of the us and take weeks for delivery of this mediocre product, when you have a problem with the package, they could care less.
received set of 4 readers and the strength was not sufficient. i emailed lifeart.com for instructions on how to return and receive a stronger strength of 2.0 and have yet to hear back from them. very disappointed
i like the glasses, but only 3 pair came in the box and it should have been 4. lifeart did nothing to help or fix the situation and told me i had to deal with amazon. amazon made it too difficult for me to get the extra pair i paid for. it wasn't worth the trouble. i'm a prime member, but not treated as such. shame on amazon.
