waiting for refund. what's the holdup. i have already recd a new order for the correct glasses. very happy with them. have called to inquire regarding my refund with no success. very unhelpful. not happy with service.
i got them for my husband and the ear-piece broke off immediately. a second pair in the package did the same thing within just a couple of day there was no way listed on amazon to get a refund. bad experience.
i ordered 2 both same frames. no frames on bottomi have ordered them before and we like them very much.not sure what happened, but can't get thru to anyone.
bought 5 pair, black frames, on august 15, 2023, they have all broken, even when a pair are sitting at my desk, all alone, you can hear the frame snap and break, same happens when wearing them. you can hear them snap and then the lenses falls out.i've been buying reader's from amazon for a long time, never had them break like this!i lose them, sit on them, loan them, need stronger, but this is a first for meyou've been warned
