we received two carry on suit cases with cosmetic cases the day before our trip to europe. we were told these were strictly carry on but when we got to the airport in seattle, we were told by american airlines we needed to check in the two suitcases because we had a backpack too. the first flight with american was from seattle to jfk in nyc-then they were transferred to british air to london heathrow. when we reclaimed the suitcases both handles were severely broken from handling. one suitcase was completely unusable and the other was nearly as bad but we could force the handle in enough to be able to limp by for the meantime. this was all of our luggage and now we had to get out and buy substitutes immediately. initially the suitcases appeared to be the solution to lightweight travel also with the additional storage for two battery banks as advertised. we are sorry for the negative review but the products are junk-
i really like the color of this set. that’s why i was willing to pay more and wait longer to receive it than some other colors. unfortunately, the suitcase arrived with scuffs and the little personal bag is the worst. not only is it scuffed up, but the finish on the exterior is bubbled up making it look quite ugly. trying to figure out how to contact the manufacturer.
i ordered this carry on luggage and when i opened the box there was a scratch on the front. i asked for a replacement. i received the replacement today and there is a bubble on the front. i paid over $100 for this piece of luggage and did not expect there to be flaws. i am not sure what i will do, return it and just get a refund. im so frustrated.
i have been all over the internet looking for a way to contact this company, travelarim. it seems they are a very popular company at selling quality luggage. it's not the quality that i am upset about. it's the color, i picked pink, it looked like a baby pink. the suitcase arrived rose gold. i am not really a fan of rose gold. i guess i am returning it since i can't get a hold of customer care to see about a possible exchange.
after traveling two time the handles did not work properly s d finally broke . called to ask for a solution but the warranty window ( 2 months) had expired according to the amazon representative
forced to return carry on upon delivery after realizing that the tech compartment took up much needed internal space/room. left side had less room than that of the right side due to the design added tec compartment. recommend to buy if only if buyers do not need to know undisclosed warranty period, if any or need equal space/room on both sides of the carry on for their belongings. buyer be aware: :after vendor accepts authorized return, it engages in unacceptable biz practice of issuing refunds as far out as 30 days!
lmfaoo!!! i plugged the input cord into the wall and it started charging my apple watch. ill be requesting a refund.basically the charger port is useless without plug the the whole suit case to a wall outlet. what a scam!!
