some of ream of paper still had glue on edge which was not noticed and jammed our copier big time!!! we rely on prints for our business and this caused a major jam behind the drawer causing copier to be down for a while and wasting valuable time spent diagnosing and fixing issue. will not order again.
it took over 3 weeks for the delivery to come. paper is paper and it serves its purpose fine...i still did not receive part of my order and had to be refunded because some delivery personnel could find our office and others could not. but i digress because i am disappointed. the paper should be given a 5-star rating, however, my not getting the paper towels i ordered with the paper is causing me to doubt getting needed supplies when they are need quickly...that is the reason for the 3 star rating.
i could not get the printed to “find” my network, despite following all of the instructions. i called customer service, and they had to try a variety of fixes before it would work.the time i went to print a couple of days later, the printer was gone from the network and couldn’t install itself from the printer or the app. i called customer service again, and spent all kind of time doing whatever they instructed, and finally got it connected again.today, the printer has disappeared again! i’m not wasting any more time on a poorly designed product! back to amazon!
i ordered a long time ago. i didn’t receive a reminder about a subscription. they sent email saying it was being shipped, along with many items! now i have a ton of paper. personal use.
the importance of not sending defective paper that is glued together and wrapped to send to a customer. not sure why plain loose paper would be glued in the first place. the were several reams of paper that came like this with know one to resolve the issue.
it's poor quality paper just one or two steps up from wood pulp with splinters in there. it's cheap but that seems to be all that's available under the current remnant of the manufacturing, logistical and sales organizations. you want cheap junk, you get cheap junk...
