amazing product however i’m missing the piece to the scooper that clamps to the litter box. seller informed. waiting to hear a response… i just need that piece
whomever designed this product never had a cat. they definitely didn’t bother to do any research on cats prior to making the worst litter box ever. it leaks pee. it’s not deep enough for cats to bury their poop. it’s cheap plastic the swinging door isn’t appealing to my cats at all.i also was denied a refund because “i waited too long” i ordered them to use in my new house and waited to open them. as a result, i’m out $100 dollars.
update- a new litter box arrived today so i promptly got to work removing this piece of crap and was shocked beyond words. thankfully i put plastic under it because what was left is absolutely disgusting, just rotting cat piss. so not only are my hardwood floors in my upstairs laundry room of my brand new build house destroyed and going to cost me well over $2k to fix, the entire place smells like a piss laden hoarder’s home. i cannot say this enough, do not buy this.i thought this was going to be great, but i was wrong on every level. the smell is ungodly because somehow the pee doesn’t stay in the box and sticks to the edges that are inside and then leaks out. i’ve had it for just over a month and it’s already ruined the hardwood underneath. i put down plastic so now my upstairs just stinks like cat piss and now i can’t even ask for a refund to buy a different box. do. not. buy.
pee leaks out the front back, i'm throughly unimpressed with having to clean it up off my floor. had to throw away and go with something different. seller please reach out and refund.
