sellers should stop lying about features they don’t have. tried on multiple cars for usb connection to carplay. doesn’t work. sending it back. will not buy from this seller ever again.
was really excited about this phone case. bought one as a gift for my dad since his phone is getting older and doesn’t quite hold a full day’s charge. once it came we did everything we could, even contacted customer service, but it wouldn’t charge his phone. sent it back for a replacement and sure enough, the second one didn’t work either. got a refund thankfully, but the inconvenience and embarrassment that a gift didn’t work was not fun. ended up ordering one from a different brand and that one ended up working.+1 star for the build quality and look. it’s a very nice-looking unit, not too bulky and just the right amount of grip to it. i’m bummed it didn’t work out because it would have been exactly what he was looking for.
first, the good: the battery life is great and the case is durable and comfortable without being too heavy. but the lightning port hates headphones. when i first got it, i noticed that i would occasionally knock my headphones while they were connected and somehow disable the volume controls or even disrupt the connection altogether, even if they hadn't been removed from the port. i figured i would just be careful and it would be fine. now though, even the act of sliding the phone into my pocket while headphones are attached can be enough to disrupt the connection. it's beyond frustrating, especially since the case is otherwise excellent. headphone use is really important to me though, so i have to rate it low. if you only use wireless headphones, however, then you're probably good to go with this case.
the first one that was sent worked for a week, so i called customer service and they were very helpful and very responsive and definitely the best part of this whole ordeal. but the replacement part they sent me did not even work a week. i did not even bother trying to contact them back. had i not already purchased this, and had it to do it all over again knowing what i know now about the product i probably would not buy one
the appearance of it being an additional battery on the case was very inconspicuous, however i don’t feel as if the case did it’s job. yes, once the charge was on, it did charge the phone. however, in order to charge the case, you had to remove the phone from the case in order ensure your case is charged. if you plug the phone up with the charger on, the phone will charge directly, but not the case. the concept of the phone case was a great idea, u just didn’t like the fact that the case needed to be removed.
i was happy for the first month, and now the case no longer charges. i’d be willing to re-evaluate my rating if the company replaced my case but as of now i need to advise to avoid this product entirely.
it was a lifesaver at first. but then it started to not give out as much juice. and then i was wondering why my phone wouldn’t charge until i took the case off and charged my phone directly.
i like that this phone has the ability to charge, however it makes the phone case super heavy and it does not charge on w charging pad through the case which is one of the reasons why i bought it.
was careful putting myphone in but broke the first couple weeks. was a while ago. would like a new one sent out if possible then i will change my review.
my daughter loves the look and feel of the case but sadly it stopped charging for no reason after a month. the supplier was great and sent us another one, but sadly the second one did the same. i tried contacting the supplier again, but the second time they did not respond to 2 emails. do not waste your money.
less than 6 months after purchasing and it no longer works. waste of money and they obviously don’t back their products seeing they don’t have a one year warranty or anything.
save yourself the time and don’t buy this case . it is complete trash . bought it on june 24th. case wouldn’t function properly and charge phone by september . complete trash . save yourself the time . customer service is also a complete waste of time . horrible experience would never buy again.
i dislike that it takes so long to charge the case. don’t try to charge the case with the phone in the case because it takes forever!!!! so i have to take my phone out of the case to charge it. what a big inconvenience.
i was very happy with the product before but it last 2.5 months . the case just stop working and we have tried to contact the company for a replacement without luck . not a good product
update: the company did contact me and i was given a refund. they worked very hard to make sure i was satisfied.this stopped working after 3 months. i emailed their customer service days ago and have not received a response.
light just blinks. won’t hold charge. doesn’t come with own cord so i’ve bought several thinking it was the cord issue. it’s not. don’t waste your money. i tried buying another and same thing happened to it. no help from seller.
i havent had it long enough to give durability review, but its so freaking cute,it does the job and i have received lots of compliments.——- update. stopped working doesn’t charge anymore reached out to customer service—- no response
bulky as hell and useless, constantly turns off when you are think it should stay on and keep your phone charged, before you know it your phone turns off because it is dead
update: currently on my third battery case and the same thing happens every time around 6 weeks in after regular use (just after the 4 week return window which they refuse to extend). the charging/headphones port becomes so sensitive it is beyond frustrating. if you don’t tweak the connection perfectly before bed you will wake up with a dead phone which should be a fun next day. also, if you want to listen to music with corded earbuds you will only be able to do so if you are lying motionless in bed. never mind jogging, you won’t even be able to walk without the connection interrupting. i tried emailing their customer service privately but got no response.
