my wife just bought these in the last week, and two of the six broke! installation is a nightmare. they are not a durable product. shame on us for not doing more research. (the sad part is that she was excited about the colors and the way she could be able to use them with the iwatch interface with various color choices)
i tried to put the black band on my watch and couldn’t get it. so i tried the grey one and managed to get it on. after looking closely, i noticed the black band is defective and impossible to put in the watch. i’ve tried reaching customer service with no luck to try and get a replacement band. very unhappy with this purchase.
ordered these and they came super quick. package was not damaged. but when i open the bag the pink band was completely destroyed. the fact that the bag wasn’t damaged leads me to believe this was packaged and not inspected. they should’ve never left there warehouse or whatever. sucks because now i have to return them all just to get one new band. my daughter has been released anticipating these.
