would love to enjoy everything about this product- it does pad my laptop and is very cute. unfortunately it has begun to fray by the handle after less than 3 months. i don’t carry anything in this bag but my laptop and its charger, nor do i swing or hold it by the handle for long periods of time. at max its carried by the handle for 20 minutes 3 times a week- usually its once a week for 5 minutes or less. (generally it goes in my backpack or a tote bag so the handle isn’t even being used.) sadly since this is over the 30 i can’t ask for a refund.i suggest looking elsewhere for a cover if you want something you can actually carry- if you need to use it daily i don’t know if the handle would hold up.
poor quality w/uneven, crooked seems. won't protect well won't last. ridiculous there is no inspectiom process ya get sent poor quality product that ya gotta turn around send right back. waste of time.
doesn't fit anything else and the company never responded back to me when i reached out to them directly about this issue and they claim to fix any problem.
i bought this laptop sleeve case because it looked nice and had extra pockets to fit accessories. however, less than a month later, the zipper is now broken and won't zip past about 10%. read other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. i've contacted lacdo several weeks ago and have not heard back from the seller/manufacturer. i really really wanted to like this product but i'm beyond frustrated now.
i have loved this gray and orange case for my 2020 macbook pro. however, six months in and i noticed the material near one of the corners closest to zipper has worn thin. the case no longer zips now 10 months in. i have contacted the company, lacdo, and have not heard anything. i would not suggest purchasing this product; i do not plan to purchase anything by lacdo again.
