my 14 laptop (pictured) didn't fit at all. see how it sticks out of the sleeve without me able to close the zipper. i contacted the seller to refund and they didn't help and when i demanded again to refund me upon return, they replied back purposefully saying something in chinese so they can say whatever they want without me understanding. this is clearly harassing and very unprofessional.
