this review is not specifically about the product but gap in customer service. i order these 14 laptop sleeves for work laptops because they are affordable, basic, and effective. i tried ordering some more recently but they have an inventory issue, they labeled a 13.3 sleeve a 14 sleeve. at first i though it was a random error but after a couple amazon returns and re purchases, i realized it's a systematic error. i tried resolving it through amazon but apparently communicating directly with the vendor is a multistep process that when i try, someone hangs up on me and/or the chat gets disconnected. anyways, i'm writing this in the hope that someone is paying attention and fixes it. x003s6l06h is mislabeled. it should have 14 sleeves but you have 13.3 sleeves in them.
not neoprene. this material is thin and plastic-like. very poorly made. seam after a first month of light use started to disintegrate.it didn’t feel safe to use this sleeve for protecting my computer.amazon offered only partial refund after 30 days. this is not worth of your money and time spent returning it.
description is misleading, the product i received was not made of neoprene. it's cloth covered sub par foam. the only reason i kept it is that it was cheap and all i wanted it for was to keep my laptop from scratching. the zipper sticks and the only reason i'm leaving a review is because i have been asked three times. (update) the company keeps harassing me to change my review claiming they have redesigned it with better materials. i'm blocking their email address and contacting amazon.
product is fine - inexpensive and as described. however i've gotten four spam emails over the past few days requesting i review the product, so here it is.
