i bought this product because my boyfriend works in a shop where it’s well over 100°. the $6.99 shipping didn’t matter because i thought i was gonna get a product that would help him make it through a 10 hour day. unfortunately, that’s not what i got. the machine has four different levels. and i could truly could only see this product helping if you were in any lower of heat then 80°. to top my disappointment of the product, the neck piece wasn’t even included. truly do not waste your money on this product, instead just go buy a cooling towel from walmart. will be returning.
i paid full price for this item and was given an already used item. charging cord unwrapped, even then fan wasn't fully in its bag. i am getting anew replacement sent but this gets 1 star for even thinking this was cool and that i wouldn't notice.
