product came opened and previously used. ordered brand new and received open box missing pieces and some pieces were damaged. clearly had been used previously it even had a screw that had already been screwed into drywall.
the screws they provide for mounting don’t “catch” the drywall anchors they provided at all. this causes a loose fit which’ll inevitably end with the mount getting ripped from the wall due to the weight of the instrument. get a different brand if you’re going to be mounting to drywall, as this does not work with the hardware provided. all i’ve got now are 2 massive drywall-anchor sized holes in my wall.
do not use the included screws and anchors, they are made extremely cheap, bad product. they snapped off in my wall, which was absolute hell to fix. after removing the wall anchors, my drywall was left with 2 large holes.
