the packaging had fold marks aa if it was kept under some weight or something. after opening the box the power bank had few fingerprints and smudges as if it was used by somebody. the product works fine as of now. its only been an hour for me opening and using it.
i simply love this power bank and i received it as a gift for christmas 2022. it died the first week of dec 2023 but since it has a 3 year warranty, i contacted the company.so far, their email correspondence has been great but i feel like they are giving me the run around. first, they said they couldn’t ship it to my address (i live in hi and that’s where it was shipped last year). then, they said it would arrive jan 8th. now, they just told me it didn’t ship yet and it’ll be feb sometime.so, it’s a great device when it works! but, i feel like their warranty is a joke. i’ll update this review if it ever arrives.
bought this to help give my lenovo legion go a bit more life on long trips. during my first trip, i was disappointed by how it largely failed to accomplish this simple task.this battery bank kept my go from losing charge for about an hour, but it was completely drained from 100% after about 1 hour. it should have lasted far longer because it is nearly double the watt hours (92.5 wh) compared to the built in go battery (49.2wh), the latter of which lasts a little over an hour for the same game settings.in a different situation, my go was at about 5% capacity. i plugged in the battery bank, and it did not deliver the full 65 watts needed to keep the go running. and yes, i did plug the cable into the correct port on the battery bank and used an approved cable.given these issues, i recommend looking elsewhere. you can definitely find a bank that is similarly priced and equally bulky that provides what it says it will in the description.
