the first one i received was badly damaged, amazon sent the replacement got here worked fine for two days. then all of a sudden started switching off when i didn’t switch it off, would turn the mist level down when i did not turn the mist level down.very disappointed to only have two days of function out of a highly reviewed product.i suggest spending your money elsewhere
i could not wait to use my oil diffuser but i was so disappointed when i opened it and seen that it had been used, it had oil residue in it a yellow ring around the inside was dirty and the remote was dirty and had hair all over it can’t believe i was sent a used one , i would put zero stars but have to put one
this item was supposed to be new, however when i open the box the entire unit was wet and the reservoir was dirty and had left over oil and water in it. i was very disappointed that i paid new price for a used unit.
worked fine as a diffuser with essential oils for sleeping. i did not use the light function at all. it randomly started beeping and flashing the various colored light options nonstop even when turned off. i had to unplug it to be sure it would stop. disappointing that it only lasted 5 weeks. i cannot with good intentions recommend this diffuser.
i got this to put in a central room in my house and it functions alright. the build quality really feels cheap (very light plastic) but it's what i expected for the price. the water measuring cup arrived cracked and unusable (i think that happened in transit because the box looked like it got kicked by an elephant.) the diffuser still does the job though - it's not loud, large capacity water tank, multiple ways to customize how you want it to function. it just feels pretty cheap.
