i am sending these back. the item description suggests there is distance correction, but they are clear. only the bottom reader portion has any correction. the frames are also smaller than anticipated. looking at the pics from the seller and customers, they appear to be much larger. i have a somewhat thin, oval shaped face, and these still seem smaller than the oversized glasses in the pictures. the frames do seem decent quality though. they were only packaged in a thin box that came crushed. only the single bubble wrap envelope can be the reason the glasses were not ruined in transit. the spring hinges in the frames are the best feature. if you want just a bifocal reader in a modest sized frame, these may work for you. if you need distance correction or larger frames, look elsewhere. however, they are a good price for 5 pairs of just readers.
like a fool. i purchased this “pack” of glasses x2~ thinking perfect they can be all over my house. well they are horrible. cheap junk ! they basically fall apart after a week!!!!
two of the glasses in the set were broken upon arrival, and the rest broke within a few days. they are incredibly brittle and dry and any kind of handling makes them snap and break. would not recommend!
arrived broken. tried to reach out to seller and got absolutely no response. 2 pairs were defective but the rest are actually pretty good would not recommend
my first order came with 3 out of the 5 pairs broken. arms that weren't attached at all, and arms that broke upon opening the glasses for the first time. i was sent a replacement order to have the same exact experience. would not recommend.
my eye dr suggested i get readers so my eyes aren't as strained since i look at a computer all day for work. i bought these because they came in multiple colors and looked cute. i felt like it made everything harder to see, so i brought them into my eye dr for my follow-up appointment. she tried them on herself and said the lens was cheap and gave it a fun house effect (huge relief on my part because i thought my eyes got worse). super cute, but i wish the quality was better. i'd return it if i could, but i threw out all the packaging as soon as i got it.
i was thrilled to finally get these in a variety of colors to try out, especially since i had to wait an extra day because the shipping was delayed... pulled out the first pair, which was black. cool. tried them on... fit nice... can see clearly... pulled out the rest... all black. this is not what i ordered. :(tried to request an exchange, but somehow the seller switched my order from the variety pack to this. i have a confirmation from my original order and it does show the variety pack i ordered. wish i had received it and could leave a good review. apparently, this seller didn't care for one.
these are very cute and comfortable and the top is indeed crystal clear, my last kind weren't. the problem for me is the bifocal part itself. it's a sticker, which is fine except it's very small and too close to the nose. i think my stickers may have been mislabeled. i usually wear a + 2.25 but ordered a +2.5 to get a bit more reading distance. the ones i received aren't even as strong as my old + 2.25 though. i've had to go back to my last old pair with the puppy teeth marks in the corner. of course, i grabbed a couple pair, zoomed off on vacation and didn't keep the packaging so i'm stuck with them. lesson learned!
all five pair of glasses broke within 3 days. 4 pair broke at the stems and one at the top of the rim. some were broken in pkg. don’t waste your money.
i love these glasses and the price is very reasonable, but i must have gotten a returned set cause they were all smudged and there was some kind of animal hair in the package.
didn't know what the blue ray generator was for so googled it. no explanation in box. the lenses are big but ok with me. tried another brand but found it was making my vision blurry once i took them off so, trying these.just received today so i'll check back in a little later for an actual review.
