mine glasses came in a box that looked like it had been open. the plastic bag they came on was open and the box was missing the blue light testing kit.i was shipped an used open box item or something
arrived crooked. the two metal parts that rest on the nose are uneven, with one being much higher than the other. i don't think this was a design choice. i look ridiculous wearing them.
i loved these glasses! i thought they looked great and worked well. i could feel my eyes adjusting when i put them on, so the blue light blocking was noticeable and i received a lot of compliments on how they looked. however, the plastic frame cracked at three of the four screws along the top of the glasses. i only used the soft bag they came in, never a hard case, to take them between home and the office everyday in my laptop bag so it's possible that contributed to the wear and tear, but in my opinion theses should've lasted longer.
i received a pair of used glasses, and i can tell because one of the lenses has a big scratch! this is not only unacceptable but obviously illegal (selling a used item as if it was new - for the price of a new item of course!). you can bet that i will take further actions.
