overall, love the product. the spray option is really cool! however, it's missing a part to the pour tube, rending that useless. if you try to pour it out without the missing piece it just floods the cap and leaks all over the bottle. i bought this as a present and can't get a refund or new item as it's already in use and we dont have the original packaging so we can't send it back. a little disappointed we cannot use half of the functions of this.
first box had one dispenser broken. important to note sprayers made of glass. it appeared it was improperly packed by manufacturer not amazon. not even a dent on box to indicate it was damaged. asked for replacement and received return authorization right away. i received the replacement 2 days later. i took broken box to my nearby kohl's store shortly thereafter for return with no issues. they both work great in my kitchen and at my grill.
took more than 3 weeks to deliver. sent a message that package was lost and when it finally arrived the glass containers were broken and time to return had passed
purchaed mid march and received mid april. started using it and within a few weeks noticed the flip top dont stay closed. now the spray tip continues to leak oil everywhere. the amount of oil that pools under it in a day of it sitting is horrible.
upon receiving, the box looked like it had already been opened.once i removed the product, i noticed there was clear liquid inside the bottle - it had definitely been previously used. item was returned.
received it today. manufacturers box was dented to high heaven. thankfully nothing broken but apparently i received a used item when i purchased “new” as i went to look at it and try the spray feature while empty and it sprayed me with water.other than that it appears to be decent. will update when using it more.
got my two spray bottles and it looks like they were used a returned. one was wet on the inside and the small plastic spray nozzle fell out. the other one works great.
i received the item used, when i pressed the lever a burst of liquid came out. the bottle itself felt greasy as if returned. i had a baby and missed the return window. wish i received a new product instead of a used one
this product arrived and when i opened it it was totally broke with loose glass, nothing intact on this product. i should have noticed as the box wasn’t even sealed. it is going back.!!!
i don’t usually write a review if i receive something that arrives broken; things happen so i just return for a replacement. however, i received the first one with the sprayer tube broke. i then received the replacement with the same issue. also the box the replacement came in was damaged and looked as though it may have been a returned item. since i received two with the same damage, i will not be reordering. i really don’t recommend this item at all.
simple product to put together, but just wouldn't work. i attached the tube and squeezed the handle for several minutes, but the liquid just wouldn't come out. package came in a flimsy paper wrapping covering a smashed box. remarkably, the glass was not broken inside. i gave this product 2 stars instead of 1, only because i was promptly given a refund and did not need to return the product
been waiting for this to come in, just got in this evening and out the box it’s spraying liquids already.pretty sure it was used. there’s nothing other than bubble wrap in the box with it.attached video, if you use the pour option, it will pour — with or without it open.
it must have been used and returned and then reissued.the sprayer part had water in it.the sprayer nossile squirts up high, not straight ahead. it also at the same time leaks around it and sprays in all directions.it pours oil fine.
