the box's glue had come undone, and the only thing holding the 10 reams together was the plastic shrink wrap. every single ream's package was ripped. the paper itself seems ok, and it appears to be printing ok. could be just a bad shipment/delivery.
the product was on my subscribe and save reoccurring orders, and i order it frequently. the only thing i don't like is the delivery driver never follows the delivery instructions and sometimes we have to track down the package or it gets stolen because of our location and the reason i write instructions in the first place. it would be nice to get our packages delivered right to us and not have to hunt them down
i have purchased this paper several times and have always been pleased with it. however, the purchase that was just delivered to me surprised and disappointed me. of the 8 packs of paper, 7 packs were not sealed, and five packs had torn wrappers. i should send the paper back to you, but it's too heavy to do that.
product was horrible. paper was wrinkled ripped and torn. none of it was securely shipped. ordered a whole box of garbage paper, none in its packaging. seller took no interest in shipping these properly. paper was literally useless as every single package was damaged, ripped, and opened. the seller did a horrible job and i will never buy another item from them. as a company we wasted money on this order as we can not use what was sent to us. completely unprofessional of the seller.
i got two sets of paper that looked rough but were still contained. the third ream of paper wasn’t in original packaging, was loose leaf paper in a clear bag. pages are folded and torn, definitely not in “new” condition.
liked price, otherwise nothing special about it.dislikes; reams of paper were torn on both sides some in the middle. box paper was shipped in was not glued in general. the box was held together by the plastic wrap which held it together. will not order this product again.
i ordered 10 cases of paper. when the shipment arrived, it was so nice to have them all sealed in plastic as it made for easier handling. once the plastic was removed and cases opened, i was not happy. all of the boxes were falling apart and there were multiple (13) reams of paper that were busted open. we usually reuse boxes to distribute supplies, but we were not able to use any of these for that purpose.
paper is paper. it’s good as far as paper goes. but i’ve bought printer paper multiple times from amazon basics and the box is always bashed up. sometimes it affects the paper itself but usually the paper is fine and still perfectly usable
i know it seems odd to say paper lacks quality, but again, you get what you pay for. has arrived damaged due to the banding that was used to package it before the shipping box. not sure why a little piece of tape could not be used, but i would go with a different brand in the future so the bottom ream of paper is not creased.
