love this case and have been using it for almost a year but recently the top small handle ripped off and i have barely used the handle to carry it by. could have damaged the computer and was not pleased with how easily that tore. other than that it is a great product but needs to be replaced. one star on durability due to the handle ripping and almost damaging my laptop.
absolutely terrible. while it looked nice to begin with and had great reviews, this is not durable. i bought this for my boyfriend and the handle snapped. because of this, it damaged my boyfriend's laptop!i never write angry reviews but i'm extremely disappointed.0/10
so disappointed of this item.big waste of your money. i bought this august 18th. and we are september 24th.don’t waste your money. i thought this was a good quality product.i barely used it. just when i have to go out. so it’s like probably 5 times.
