the bag quality is fine, but the company needs to pack it for shipment in something other than a ziplock bag. the mail carrier folded the package in half and stuffed it in my mailbox, which popped open the ziplock bag and left the computer sleeve rubbing against the grimy mailbox. not impressed...
the product is too big and im hqving troubles to return them. thr details sent me by mail are not accepted by local dhl and i cannt get in touch with anyone from amazon yo receive any assistance.
the product case was shuffled in multiple places and the zip was too tight .... i had purchased a product earlier from them which was great but now i don’t to buy any more .... don’t want to go through the exchange process again so looking for another one which i can pick from an apple store or best buy
