i recently got the syntech link cable with charging for my quest 3, and it has been a disappointment. lets get into it.pros: long and flexible: the 16-foot length gives me plenty of room to move around without feeling restricted. the cable is flexible yet sturdy, which is perfect for vr gaming. solid build quality: the cable feels well-made and durable. the connectors fit snugly into both the headset and the pc, ensuring a stable connection throughout my sessions easy to use: it’s a simple plug-and-play setup. no need for additional software or complicated configurations. just connect and start playing.cons: price: it’s a bit on the pricey side, but considering the quality and performance, i believe it’s worth the investment. weight: the cable is slightly heavier than i expected, which can be a bit noticeable during long gaming sessions. however, it's manageable with some cable management. underwhelming performance: i had expected much better performance out of a wired connection. but to be honest this seems to be on par with what i experience using my wireless options of connecting to my pc. does not give unlimited play time: i had expected that adding a charging cable to the setup would allow me to play without having to worry about battery life. while the play time has certainly been extended with this cable. it is not unlimited, and that is a disappointment.overall, the syntech link cable 16ft with charging is an okay accessory for any quest 3 (i believe it works for the quest 2 as well). the length, reliability, and ease of use make it a fine accessory to have. but the drawbacks of the cable and the power situation makes me hope that there is still a better solution out there i haven't yet tried.

after plugging in the headset it repeatedly beeps as if it’s charging. i have my quest charger that i use already and it never does this so i know it’s not the headset. i bought it with the intention to connect my computer and quest but it doesn’t even do what i got it for. i can’t return it due to the return window being closed and out on 20 bucks.

worked great while it worked, but then after two months the pc end of the connector became faulty; would consistently disconnect or fail to be read as usb 3.i wish syntech would use better quality components considering what they charge for these.
