edit: let me make this clear! this is a beautifully made bike- ease of assembly, and it looked well made. i do not appreciate the several emails i received from the company and financial incentives to change my mind.the product is probably very good. but enough already! this is why i have decreased my online purchases, no matter how tempting. can’t believe the reviews. especially, when a company or amazon offers financial incentive to give a particular rating.support this company! i encountered no difficulty in returning the bike. but, i stand by my earlier review below:12 month old granddaughter had no interest in this bike. she would rather scoot. at 15 months she was slowly and unsteadily running. so, can’t see how this works for any toddler beyond a year old.
