i ordered two of these drawers and i was so excited for them as we have deep pantry cabinets. the boxes were in great shape, but both drawers were damaged which tells me they were damaged before shipping. very disappointed given how expensive they are.
idea was great. the item i received, came from the warehouse with the tracks assembled backwards. pretty disappointing for a single drawer that cost me $50. returning.
the quality is good but disappointing that you only get one for this price. the information on this product is misleading as it looks like you get 2 for this price.
i was so excited to receive these only to be disappointed when these arrived and i opened the package to see they had two dents on each side of the front panel. had a replacement sent and again same thing. 4 dents on the front panel. for the price per drawer i expected better quality control.
this was a total game changer for us in our apt with deep cabinets. it was expensive so we ordered just one, but then immediately a second for the cabinet below it because it worked great. however, one has broken juuuust outside our return window. of course.each track has an inner section (that slides) and outer section (that’s adhesively stuck down), and between the two (so x2) are long pieces of plastic with ball bearings. those seem to keep the inner part secure and help it glide. on one of our tracks, both pieces have fallen out and absolutely will not go back in. this means when the drawer slides out, the inner part of the track pops up and makes the drawer unstable and drop on one side. (also…we’re storing tupperware not anything crazy.)big bummer because i loved these so much i even put them on my ig stories with the link and now i can’t really recommend in good faith.
