sadly my ice machine stopped working. i only use this machine when we have parties, which isn't very often. i do not recommend this brand. i wish i would have researched ice machines im depth before purchasing. now here i am looking for a better quality machine. save your money. look elsewhere.
love the color, and how fast it makes ice, however the ice melts really fast and that sucks. it also has a scooper but doesn’t have a compartment to store it so it takes up space in the ice tray. its a good buy but i honestly wouldn’t pay over $50 for this, even though i actually paid $90
while this does make ice quickly it does not keep it cold. it will melt away and get slushy very soon. it has no adjustments for ice thickness on it at all. when you open the lid to get ice out it is not cold in there. if you have a basket full of ice it might be a little bit cool. i'm so disappointed in this product. so not worth the $75+ i spent on it. i probably will be returning it.
i had an igloo counter top ice maker before. it lasted 6 years of 24/7 usage. this new ice machine is so small and built cheap. the ice scoop doesn’t even fit in the bottom of the ice basket. the basket is to small! i guess the perfect example of get what you pay for!
not worth the money. ice cubes are very tiny and not solid, takes hours to make a small amount. better off buying a $2.00 bag of ice. very disappointed
what would have been nice is a decent easy on/off valve at the bottom of the drain. instead there is a rubber stopper which left me with a pool of water on my kitchen floor. i haven't yet gotten to try its ice cube ability (and the basket is oh so small). don't waste your money on this loser.
overall, yes this ice maker makes ice. however, the ice does not stay frozen. the machine's cooling system to keep the ice cold has a major design flaw. it never keeps the ice cold; but by the time i grab some ice, it has already halfway melted. another con is that it randomly will turn on when it wants to. you can't set a time for the machine to make ice. lastly, this ice machine is super loud. this ice machine is not quiet. you'd think that it sitting on a countertop would be quiet...it's not!!! overall, it makes ice but definitely not worth what they are asking. i would pay $30 max for this ice maker.
