the front pocket takes away from having two inner compartments. it’s smaller than most carry-in’s. the extra bag looks like a lunch box. you’d think it would be worth it for the charger, but it’s not.
it took a month to finally receive my order and it arrived with a scratch on the upper edge. i looked into ordering another one, but it will be weeks before it arrives and the price has nearly doubled. i'm hesitant to do a replacement because it took so long to receive it in the first place. it's for my grandson and he really wants the orange one. we'll just live with it, disappointed.
got this bag in january today is may i traveled with it maybe 5 times. the zipper broke $95 down the drain. good bag but cheap zipper. i never check in this bag i always carry on still destroyed horrible.
i was so disappointed with this purchase, i guess i had high expectations. the space is extremely small considering you need room for maybe 1 pair of shoes, makeup bag, accessories, etc... there isnt 2 sides to this luggage as there normally is. one side is ok but the one that has that extra zipper on the outside is completely you can barely fit anything. so you basically get a luggage thats almost one sided only if that makes sense. the best thing about this was just that during tsa its easy to take your laptop out, other than that unfortunately i would not recommend it. =( it is def not worth the price. my husband bought another one for the same price and i was so jealous of how much you could fit in it..lol
