the case arrived as described and seemed great. i never intended to use this case that often, as my laptop usually stays home, but after the first time of using it, the zipper to the main compartment broke. i've tried to put it back on but on, but it keeps falling off. this is the 3rd time in using it and the zipper broke off again. again, since i hardly intended to use it, the return window has passed, so i'm bummed about that. it was inexpensive. you get what you pay for
it fits my dell 15.6 laptop very easily (a snug fit) which is good. the outer material feels strong enough. however, the protective padding is too thin. i do not feel comfortable that if i should drop it my computer would escape injury. also, there is no protective padding in the corners or the bottom of the case opposite the handle or any of the sides for that matter, just the fleece lining. for the price ($18.96 when i bought it), i am disappointed.
