used product sold as new missing a part — see circled part in pic above- the part was missing from the box, and only an undone twist tie remained at the bottom of the box of obviously used merchandise which was sold as new.
wouldnt charge past one bar. missing instructions. missing the 10 piece attachments that came with it. worked great before storm. after storm was not working.
