it was a great deal and works great. i lowered the stars because it came without a charging cord. luckily i had one that works but if you don’t, it may be costly. directions say one comes but there is no place in the box and when i look back the picture doesn’t show it.
i bought this as a gift for my husband. he was very excited when he received it and went to use, sadly it did not come with labels as stated... very disappointed!!
the product itself is great, small, no issues. however, it says it should come with a cable to charge the device but not cable was included. once it dies, i won’t be able to use it. the port looks universal and i try using my apple charger for it but i don’t see the light turn red, indicating it’s charging.
i would like the tape that the packing label said was included with the labeler. that lowered my review score.otherwise, it's light and small and the software (although a bit klunky) worked.
