opened the box and guess what? no power cord to plug it in!!so the company reached out and after a few back and forth emails and kind of a pain in the butt (take pictures of the bottom, serial number, etc) they are sending a replacement unit at no charge, which is nice of them to do. i wish they would have had just a power cord but this is ok too.
received mine today and it was just the diffuser. no adapter. no remote control. no measuring cup. nothing that the description states that is included. useless.
the product itself works well, but there was no remote in the box, just the wrapper from it. i’m assuming the last person returned it without the remote, since it was obvious that the box was opened previously. there’s doesn’t seem to be customer support to reach out to, which is frustrating.
this is my second of this product, the original one works fine. i bought this one a couple months ago and just opened it last week. it worked the first time i used it, and now it isn’t misting. i filled it five days ago and although the light is on, you can hear it “running”, there is no mist and the same water has stayed in the reservoir for five days. i’m hoping the seller will reach out to me since i foolishly tossed the box already and can’t find any way to reach out to them. i know there is a warranty so i would like it replaced. if anybody knows how to reach out to them let me know.
