utterly disappointed on the quality control of the product. very happy to receive the frames but to my surprise this is how i received the frame out of the box. missing a screw and a bit bent i'm very upset that this is what we get for our money in return.
i received the package all nice and everything, but when i opened the versace box of the glasses they weren’t in. if i knew that was gonna happen i would have bought elsewhere. waist of money, waiting time for it to arrive.
i ordered eyeglasses n had no problem paying the money then waiting to receive my item. when i opened to box i was mortified to see shades instead of the glasses in the picture. my eye appointment is tomorrow bt now i have no glasses to fill my script.-blind as a bat 🦇
