i have enjoyed this product, but have forgotten the code for the tsa locks and cannot get it open. can you let me know how to reset this?aside from that... have traveled internationally with these and have done very well by them. they have kept items safe and free from breakage
the product was great at first glace. i opened the box and both suitcases. inside neither were instructions to reset the lock passcode or keys. if you look on the lock there are keyholes to use a key instead of the passcode, however no keys in sight. why put a lock where someone could pick it if you can’t even use keys bc they don’t send any? makes zero sense
i like this sett enough but if something goes wrong, there are not replacement parts available. i have a zipper lock that has broken off at the nub that i am not able to get a replacement piece for. i can't even buy a whole new lock.customer service was friendly enough but were unable to help.
i bought two as christmas gifts for my kids and they used them on a trip to canada. they both fell apart (wheel fell off and zipper broke on one and bottom cracked open on the other). both had to be thrown away after one use!
this is the worst luggage i have ever purchased. it exploded on the carousel. it was not even slightly over-packed. i need to get a refund immediately. it ruined my entire trip and i lost several items.
hard plastic case to protect the computer is not there, i contacted coollife myself and was told it was image processing with software to better show the features, so it don't exist. therefore your computer has nothing for protection, picture is very deceiving.
i loved everything about this product but sadly, i didn’t have long enough to fully enjoy it. my suitcase was stolen at lax and it was never recovered. oh well....
