i was excited to to receive this carry on luggage set for my trip (by car a few hours away) to visit relatives this weekend. sorely disappointed to get a previously used set.when it arrived. i paid for new, not used or refurbished. there is a long scratch on the front of the case. the outer shell has several scuff marks on it. none of the tags were on it and the manual is missing. there was no outer wrapping/protection on the outside of the carry on to protect it during shipping (i am only assuming that this would be there to avoid any shipping damages.). the plastic wrapping on the cosmetic case wasn't sealed (ok, no biggie) but looks as though a dog had chewed it up. also there's a few scuff marks on the cosmetic case. the clear plastic sticker with the tsa lock code appears to have been removed and replaced. all of this is a deal breaker for me so i will be returning it.now for some of the good things. the teal color is gorgeous. it's a vibrant blue teal, not green. i purchased a separate power bank since it's not included and it connects with no issues and a nice size storage pocket for it. my large15 s8 ultra tablet fits in front just fine but not my 17 laptop. i rarely travel with my laptop anymore and it would fit inside or i have a different case for it anyways. i only mention it for context. there's a spacious cold pocket for food . there's a few more pockets that is great for keeping cords and charging bricks organized. there are buckles so you can just tilt the front part open or undo the buckles to fully open. the spinner wheels work as expected and rolled and turned smoothly. the extension handle felt secure as it locked in place. the interior is nice and roomy and even expands for even more room. there is a few zippered compartments to keep your things neat and organized. the cosmetic case is is a great size and has a detachable carry handle. the set seems to be well made and of decent quality for the price. since i only got it an hour or so ago, i can't say anything about how it will hold up over time.overall, i really like this set. it suits my needs pretty well. and yes, i would recommend it at this point. i will be returning this one though and reordering. i will update this review later on to reflect what happens with the reorder/exchange.

we received two carry on suit cases with cosmetic cases the day before our trip to europe. we were told these were strictly carry on but when we got to the airport in seattle, we were told by american airlines we needed to check in the two suitcases because we had a backpack too. the first flight with american was from seattle to jfk in nyc-then they were transferred to british air to london heathrow. when we reclaimed the suitcases both handles were severely broken from handling. one suitcase was completely unusable and the other was nearly as bad but we could force the handle in enough to be able to limp by for the meantime. this was all of our luggage and now we had to get out and buy substitutes immediately. initially the suitcases appeared to be the solution to lightweight travel also with the additional storage for two battery banks as advertised. we are sorry for the negative review but the products are junk-

our luggage came in a damaged box and it was missing the smaller suitcase! there was a sticker that said it was being reused and to thank us for ordering. i never ordered a “recycled” suitcase!!

i was most excited about the fact that this suitcase is a set and seems to have all the convenience. i used it as my carry on bag for my flight a couple of weeks ago, and the wheel came off after returning home. beware of cheap parts, and maybe consider the protection plan.

my suitcase came but no small case was inside. who do i contact?

where's the key?? how do provide a lock to unlock but with no key???? everything else is great. nice small and compact to go on a trip for 2-3 max. getting 1 star for not providing a key
