i bought 2 of these..one didn't c9me with the plastic straw inside to operate the spray function. the other ones straw doesn't stay attached to the lid for the spray function to work.i dont hate them but would like to use the spray option
overall, love the product. the spray option is really cool! however, it's missing a part to the pour tube, rending that useless. if you try to pour it out without the missing piece it just floods the cap and leaks all over the bottle. i bought this as a present and can't get a refund or new item as it's already in use and we dont have the original packaging so we can't send it back. a little disappointed we cannot use half of the functions of this.
i was excited to receive this dispenser but when i received it the tube that connects to the top was not connected. i thought no problem, i’ll just connect it…but it was unable to be connected. it is unusable as is. i tried to write the seller first about the defect, but another product comes up from a different seller. must be a glitch on amazon’s side. i recommend another item.
