first and foremost it does look like the photos, but it’s a bit cheaper than i was expecting, but it’s plastic so that’s my fault… coming back to update. the plastic doesn’t hold up, mine is starting to leak very badly when they pee and i can’t figure out why. i think it’s due to the plastic being so flimsy, that it just leaks through where the two pieces attach. i’m also a very clean person and clean the litter box almost every day so it’s not because it’s a built up of me not cleaning it.however mine did not come with a scooper or a brush cleaner so a bit disappointed in thati also don’t know why it shows you can hang the scooper on the side bc you can’t with mine but that’s maybe bc mine didn’t come with the one they were suppose to providephotos show the gaps in the two pieces that attach and where my paint came off due to it leaking
i hate this thing. it's super cute and it functions correctly, don't get me wrong, but the interior is so so hard to keep clean, i have to take it apart and hose it off every time i clean it. far too much work for me personally. also my cats removed and lost all of the clips that are supposed to keep the box from coming apart, and it hasn't came apart yet, but the clips are useless.
amazing product however i’m missing the piece to the scooper that clamps to the litter box. seller informed. waiting to hear a response… i just need that piece
it has a major problem on the backside if the liter box and slide out tray in that my female cat gets in and pees and it leaks through at the seam of the tray and back wall on to the carpet. i have to put a potty pad down in order to keep the carpet from getting wet. poor design. not satisfied at all.
bought 2. disappointed that the second didn’t include the silicone inserts, and i paid extra for the upgraded version. now i have one that leaks pee and one that doesn’t.
this did not include the bonus cleaning brush and there is no way to hang the scoop on the side of the box. the box works as described, but i am disappointed about the false advertising
