i wanted to like it. i thought the little accessory pouch would be a great bonus. it was poorly fitting and the little accessory pouch was ridiculous and too small to fit my power supply and cord. i returned it the same day. one plus is that there was plenty of room. also, the zipper seemed well made.
i had the travel cable case missing whenever this item came in. i contacted support and never heard anything back from them, i probably should’ve just sent it back but didn’t think it was that big of a deal. i’ve had this item for only a couple months and the zipper has completely broken in multiple places after being very cautious. i would recommend investing elsewhere.
the seize was not right it has no handle meaning you still need a bag to carry it it comes with a small added bag for the charger but doesn’t fit at all
i was supposed to receive the laptop sleeve + small sleeve in midnight green color. instead, i got the laptop sleeve only (no small sleeve), which was dirty by the way. additionally, the color was wrong: instead of midnight green it was dark gray. finally, the description says it is compatible with macbook pro 16 inches, but it absolutely is not. a very frustrating experience.
the laptop case is made well, true to size and color. i got it in deep teal and was very happy with what i got. this is the reason i chose two stars instead of lower. i did not receive the extra small case which was the reason i chose to buy this case set. i really wanted it to put my laptop charger in it for traveling and safe keeping. extremely disappointed. if i had received the small case it would have been 5 stars.
i ordered two and really likes them but unfortunately one was missing the accessories bag so i had to return it. hopefully the one i reordered is complete.
i ordered this expecting it to be sturdier, but i found that it was very flimsy. i was looking forward to using the small case for my laptop charger, but i received my package without it.
