the bag is good, but the small bag didn't come with it! i would like to know why, can you send it to me separately! was missing. and i saw in the comments that they all had a small bag
i got this bag for my daughter's 11 in chromebook. the color and details are so cute! it also seems well made and nice and padded to keep her stuff safe. i am pleased with the laptop bag itself and so is she.however, i am giving 3 stars because it arrived without the accessory pouch even though i paid extra for the version with the pouch. when i tried to ask for the correct one to be sent, i was bounced between the seller and amazon both telling me it wasn't their responsibility to send me what i ordered. my only option was to return it for a full refund, which i don't want to do since we love the bag and it is needed for a trip next week.so, if you order this product, don't pay extra for the version with the accessory pouch.
i am going to use it for my laptop but i am very disappointed it suppossed to come with an accessory but didn't. so i am very disappointed for this purchase.
i bought this item because it was the case and accessory bag. never received the accessory bag. it should have come with it and it didn't which is the reason for 2 stars.the case itself is really nice. i love the color and the feel of the fabric. just wish the accessory case came too so that i could travel with everything together.
